Frank is an American Bulldog and Boxer mix, he came via a kill shelter in Central California. Before being rescued he would rest his head in the hand of any one who would pet him through the fence he sat behind. Shortly after making his way to Wags and Whisker Pet Rescue, his dameanor and health seemed to be suffering from a right eye that had serious puncture damage and becoming infected. After an eye removal surgery and a short recovery, Frank was adopted. He is now an Instagram star where his days are depicted of him living his best life which includes adventures and a lot of napping.
